Full-Time & Part-Time Regional Public Safety Telecommunicator/Dispatcher Openings

The Town of Holbrook has an immediate opening for full-time and part-time Regional Public Safety Telecommunicator/Dispatchers. Interested applicants should have flexible availability, experience in dispatching, familiarity with radio equipment and public safety communications, computer-aided dispatch (CAD), and the ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions.

The Town of Holbrook has an immediate opening for four (4) part-time Regional Public Safety Telecommunicator/Dispatchers.  Interested applicants should have flexible availability, experience in dispatching, familiarity with radio equipment and public safety communications, computer-aided dispatch (CAD), and the ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions. Contact with the public is required. Starting hourly rate is $22.89.

Minimum requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must successfully pass a background screening and pre-employment testing. Preference will be given to applicants with the following certifications: Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) PST1 Course, APCO Emergency Medical Dispatch, NG911 Equipment Training and CPR.
